Since Obama wants everyone to suddenly “agree” and to be all “nonpartisan”, I would ask that the liberals “agree” with this statement.
The federal government’s power ENDS with the last word of the Constitution and the Amendments. It’s power doesn’t BEGIN there as the liberals have always thought, it ENDS there..
After that, the states and their governments take over..

I certainly agree. The states need to take back their power and limit the federal government’s power.
Washington needs to put on a starvation diet. They are getting much too fat and bloated on our tax monies. The federal mandates, like Medicaid, are killing the taxpayers and, once the feds suggest a pilot program, which they fund for a limited period of time, it never goes away and the money needed to run it always increases.
We have get rid every liberal we can in 2010 and from then on as well. If they are not part of the solution, they are the problem.
Never give up, never give in, never again.
Lady Wolf: nice to see those liberals are helping us out and leaving voluntarily. May the trickle become a flood. I have a feeling that the closer to next November we get, the more liberals are going to want to retire to “spend more time with their families and pursue other interests.” Yeah, right.
The problem, I would say, is in first getting most liberals to read and understand the Constitution and Amendments, things they now refer to as “dusty old pages of drivel.”
With the exception of Obama and his “dusty old pages of drivel” in Biden, Pelosi and Reid, accomplishing this may well turn some progressives from socialistic to bipartisan politicians once again.

WordNet Daily ‘wnd.com’ is now sending a copy of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence to Obabma, Pelosi and Reid for only $9.99. They are told to read it and pass the extra copies through out Congress and The White House. WND also has sent more than 9 million pink slips to Congress warning them of their imminent demise.
Today I faxed my congressmen telling them to listen up and stop fooling around with the health care problem, and challenged them to show us for two years how they can cut back the fraud, then we’ll talk about reform. The second fax asks them why they have not signed the Declaration of Health Care put out by Bachmann.

I stayed “in tune” with the birth certificate issue for some time considering Obama’s rather shady past in who, what and how he had gotten to where he was.

A lot of interesting reading there and should we had non-slanted political government as well as a judiciary system truely dedicated to the American way of life, I feel Obama would have been disqualifyed or impeached long ago.
Unfortunately, Richard, I’m afraid the costs your copy of the Constitution and The Declaration Of Independence may have been ill-spent. Pelosi and Reid will only use them as extra padding in their ‘Depends’ and Obama, there will be a need of more plumbers called to the White House after using it as ‘paper.’
I’ve found that e-mailing, phoning or writing to my Reps. and Sens. personally generate catch more of an interest than mass mailings. Unbelievably, these so-called “representatives” of our’s will ignore mass mailings because these mailings are through an organized entity!
